1. AcceptanceBy accessing or using TellMe, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the platform.
2. Anonymity DisclaimerMessages sent on TellMe are anonymous to the recipient. However, IP addresses and device data may be logged for abuse prevention. We do not guarantee complete anonymity.
3. User ConductYou must not send harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual content involving minors, or any content that violates Nigerian law or international standards. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts without notice.
4. Paid MessagesPayments are processed securely by Paystack. All transactions are final — no refunds once a message has been sent. TellMe charges a 10% platform fee on all paid messages.
5. Creator PayoutsPayouts are processed on the 22nd of every month. The minimum payout threshold is ₦5,000. You must provide accurate bank account details. Providing false or mismatched account information forfeits your pending balance.
6. ContentYou retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting, you grant TellMe a non-exclusive licence to display that content on the platform.
7. AvailabilityTellMe is provided as-is. We make no guarantees of uptime or data preservation. We may suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.
8. Age RequirementYou must be at least 13 years old to use TellMe.
9. Governing LawThese Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved under Nigerian jurisdiction.
10. ChangesWe may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
